RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit or a full refund on items purchased from baindemer.fr, provided they are in new condition, with tags attached and in the original BAINDEMER packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we only accept returns shipped using our official DHL Express return label.
Returns sent with any other carrier will not be accepted.

If you would like to initiate a return, we will provide you with a DHL Express return label.
The return shipping cost is approximately €30, which will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

If you prefer a monetary refund, please make sure to specify this when requesting your return. Otherwise, your return will be processed as store credit by default.

Store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.
Monetary refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we have received the returned item.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept products that are worn or are soiled/stained.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item, for another size or colour, you may do this subject to availability of other sizes and colours. You should follow the return instructions and return the item accordingly and re-order the new style separately.
