Baindemer is a family story — a story of the sea, heritage, and Saint-Tropez.
The brand was born in the late 70s and 80s when my father, Antoine Corti, a windsurfing champion and world speed record holder, spent his summers among the icons of his generation. Between ping-pong games with Eddy Barclay, they realized there were no stylish, joyful swim shorts to wear on the beaches of Saint-Tropez.
So, for fun, my father created Bain de Mer. Years went by… but the name remained in our family memories.

In 2011-2012, I chose to bring this story back to life, to shape it into a strong, authentic, timeless brand.
My name is Marin Corti, born and raised in Saint-Tropez, in a village where my family has lived for generations — where you can still meet my mother and grandmother at our restaurant on the port.
I am a true child of Saint-Tropez, deeply proud of my roots and of what this village represents.
